Holcim Mexico is a company of Holcim Group, world’s global leader in building materials and solutions. The operation in Mexico employs more than 3,000 people and includes seven cement plants nationwide.
Holcim Mexico has an installed capacity to produce 12.6 million tons per year, 37 cement distribution centers, 50 ready-mix plants; seven co-processing platforms (Geocycle); 25 business partners with more than 90 ready-mix plants; 500 cement mixers; two aggregates plants, one corporate office and its own Construction Technology and Innovation Center (CITEC).
Holcim Mexico manufactures and sells cement, aggregates (sand and gravel), ready-mix concrete and other products and services for the construction industry.
Jaime Hill Tinoco – CEO at Holcim México
Mr. Jaime Hill Tinoco is responsible for the operations of the largest cement market among Latin American countries. He was born in El Salvador. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Georgetown University of Washington, DC, USA. In his 24-year career with the company, he has held various management responsibilities, with extensive experience in the technical and commercial area. Jaime Hill Tinoco joined Holcim in 1996 and has since held various positions in the company as Marketing Manager, Sales Manager and Commercial Director in EL Salvador, Commercial Director in Colombia where he Contributed in increasing Company EBITDA by more than 40 % in 5 years, achievement that led him to become from 2015 to 1019 in the Chief Executive Officer of Holcim Colombia.
