Digitalisation is one of the most important elements for the future development of LafargeHolcim’s retail business in Latin America – with many innovative solutions that are already implemented today: From the chatbot PILAR for business partners and the chatbot DANIELA for client communication to the startup Aliatu, that has helped to finance retailer purchases of over USD 1 million in Colombia. Opportunities are vast – and the push towards digital solutions has just started.
